Nature at Noon is designed to provide age-appropriate games, nature activities, and crafts for preschool through second-grade children. Twice a week, for an hour, Nature at Noon participants explore different topics in nature aimed at strengthening their awareness of the world around them.

Adventure Camp I is a week long day camp for youth entering 3rd – 5th grade.  Campers will participate in hands-on activities and games that are entertaining, engaging, and foster exploration of the outdoors and natural sciences. 

Adventure Camp II is a week long day camp for youth entering 6th – 8th grade.  Camp activities will introduce students to local outdoor recreation opportunities, foster growth in teambuilding skills, and build campers confidence in the outdoors.  This experience will culminate in a two night campout in the Santa Rosa Mountains were students will be able to apply their new knowledge of outdoor skills in a field setting.

NOS Family Campout is a great opportunity for families who are first time campers or experienced outdoor enthusiasts to spend a night camping close to home. Come join us for a night filled with activities lead by Nevada Outdoor School staff, star gazing and yummy food.

Girls Camp is a week long day camp for girls entering 5th and 6th grade.  Girls will spend the week exploring the outdoors, playing games, making crafts, and building friendships in an all-girl environment.  By the end of the week girls’ will have a strengthened sense of self-esteem, feel more comfortable and confident in the outdoors, and have built strong, positive relationships with other campers.
