Nevada Outdoor School has developed new and improved inquiry-based science lessons! You may find these lessons categorized by grade, subject, and alphabetically below.
Programming outlined in our education matrix as has been developed in alignment with the Humboldt County School District curriculum. Each month has been assigned a unit of study, and all lessons are unique to each grade to ensure students do not receive repeat lessons.
Lessons are designed to help teachers meet Nevada state education standards within the monthly theme of study. Each lesson has also been aligned with the North American Association for Environmental Education Environmental Excellence Standards.
