Helen Willis--Board Member

Northern Nevada ATV Association

Semi-retired sign painter and graphic artist from the Seattle area. She and her husband retired and moved to Winnemucca in 2005 to get out of the Seattle area rat race. Has enjoyed ATV riding since the mid 90s, starting an ATV organization in the Everett WA area where she served as president for 5 years. Is now secretary of the Northern NV ATV Association in Winnemucca.She is a great promoter of safe and responsible ATV riding, especially for kids. She realizes the potential of NOS to teach children (and parents) proper ATV riding.

Shelly Smith--Board Member

Shelly Smith was born and raised in Yerington, Nevada. Her family moved to Winnemucca in August of 2007. She graduated from Eastern Oregon University in Lagrande, Oregon in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration emphasis in accounting. In 2007 she graduated with a Masters in Business Administration and in 2008 received her elementary teacher certification. She and her husband have four boys and they love the Winnemucca area. She is truly proud to be a board member for NOS, and believes the direction NOS is headed is very positive and great for our young youth in Humboldt County.
